We integrate with PowerSchool, Aeries, Skyward, ClassLink, Clever, Canvas LMS, Schoology, Infinite Campus, and more. Our architecture supports virtually any Student Information System or district software through standard APIs.

After signing on, your district is assigned a dedicated onboarding specialist. They work with your team to configure roles, set up assessment templates, migrate existing data if needed, and conduct staff training sessions. We stay engaged through launch and beyond.

Yes. We provide comprehensive training for all user roles during onboarding, including live sessions, documentation, and ongoing support. We also offer refresher training at the start of each school year.

Yes. 4StudentLives includes pre-built templates and offers nationally recognized models. You can customize these or create your own to match your district's specific protocols and local requirements.

All data is stored in secure data centers within the United States. We do not store data internationally, and districts retain full ownership of their data at all times.

Never. We do not sell student data to third parties, train AI models on student information, engage in social media monitoring, or share data with advertising networks. Our data governance commitments are detailed on our Compliance page.

Our platform includes pre-built templates aligned to state-specific requirements. As new mandates emerge, we update our templates to maintain compliance. Currently 11 states mandate threat assessment programs.

Yes. We regularly work within formal procurement frameworks including RFPs, sole-source justifications, and cooperative purchasing agreements. Our team can provide all documentation needed for your district's purchasing process.

Our standard agreement is an annual contract aligned to the school year. We find this gives districts enough time to fully implement the platform and see results. Multi-year agreements are available at a discount.
