With years of experience in crisis intervention across public schools, non-public schools, and residential treatment centers, we’ve seen firsthand the challenges schools face in managing student crises.

We saw the stress this created for school mental health counselors trying to provide accurate assessments, district leaders struggling to allocate resources, and the missed opportunity to offer direct, preventative support for students.
We realized the system wasn’t built for today’s challenges—and it was time to change that.
